Single 60 year old male. Grandkids visit a few times a year and use the 3rd bedroom. Severe pet allergy so no pets are allowed. Quiet, clean and respectful male looking to rent out 1 of the spare rooms to offset rising living expenses for. A/C is used during the summer months.
