Park Drive

I’m looking to sublet my apartment on Park Drive in Fenway for the month of August. You would be living with my roommate who is a 21 year old at Simmons University. She is super kind, clean and considerate. She also travels a lot so she is barely even at the apartment. Neither of us will be renewing our lease in September. I can put you in touch with the owner to discuss a possible renewal of the lease. The location is amazing and the room is super spacious and sunny. Utilities are typically 115 per person each month.
