Has play set, sand box, manicured lawn, shed, and a separate fenced dog yard. (Pets welcome with 100$ fee for dogs $40 for cats per month) Driveway parking. (Garage parking available for 50$ per month fee) Shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room.

The home is located near highway 14 and 85 for easy access to Wyoming, Fort collins, Greeley, etc..

The room available is the master bedroom. It has its own bathroom/ shower, walk-in closet, and his/hers sinks. It has two windows that face the backyard and has a great view of the mountains. Room has a ceiling fan.

Mom or Dad with kid welcome for extra.. Couples welcome for extra.

I’m a 35 year old man. I share the home with my two year old son. I split custody of him so he’s only home Thursday- Sunday. I currently work night shift, so I sleep during the day. My bedroom is located downstairs and my sons is upstairs. There is also a 4 year old male cat in the house. 420 welcome in your own space.
