Our rules: cleanup after using the kitchen/bathroom/sink quiet hours from 10PM - 7AM everyday take shoes off/wear house slippers/socks inside the house No drugs, no smoking, no pets, no getting drunk Guests are welcome in your room, no overnight guests.

Deposit is one month rent which is refundable if you complete the minimum 6-month lease.
