It is a great location. Close to Hwy 71/I-49; close to dollar general and CVS. Low traffic on Brush creek. Very close to amusement parks, museums, and KC Plaza. The rooms are not furnished. Also, the apartment has a room/office. It is almost as big as bedrooms but it has no door. If the potential roommate wants to save some money, then this can be a great way to do so. We will charge $275 (not 315) for that “bedroom” if the roommate wants it, of course. Otherwise, I will get that “bedroom”. Parking in the back.
