“I have 1 room to rent in my home in (Stockton,Ca). It’s a quiet area with local shops nearby. If you have a vehicle we have parking also there’s public transportation as well. The room is not furnished. Wifi and other utilities are included. Your rent will be about $800 per month. The new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and there own bathroom. My husband and I have two 8yrs old and 16yrs old girls. We are looking to rent out 1 of our rooms since no one is using it. My husband works mornings and I work swing shift so our roommate would definitely have to be employed. We stay in a very quiet neighborhood so we really hope you are a dependable roommate as well as quiet.
