My sister and I live together in a 2 bedroom apartment and she’s moving! It is such a cozy and comfy space that is so perfect for two people. There is street parking, it is in a perfect area in walking distance to tons of coffee shops, my nail salon, the water… there is no washer dryer in unit and no pets allowed. The building is very quiet with mostly older people.

I am a 23 year old female who recently graduated college and after living with my boyfriend for a bit, I decided I wanted to be closer to home and on the water so I moved from NY back to MA! I am super clean, organized, and love keeping the space looking fresh and cute. I do my own thing and am out and about a lot (I am a competitive bodybuilder so I spend lots of time at the gym) but I also work remote so I am home a lot too. I do keep to myself when I’m working so not in common areas. I cook a lot so I do use the kitchen but we have a great space for it! I love movie nights in but also love going out to try new bars and restaurants so we can hangout as much or as little as you like! One thing to note: absolutely no smoking (weed or cigarettes) is tolerated. I’ve had issues with it in the past so I now prefer to live with someone who doesn’t smoke in the apartment at all.
