Carson's room

1 room with it’s own bathroom is available for rent on June 1st, 2022 for a 12 month lease. The house only 20 minutes from the UNG Dahlonega Campus and only 25 minutes from the UNG Gainesville Campus. Rent is only $450+Utilities. The house has a garage, in-home laundry, large common areas, full kitchen, large yards and a full basement. We are currently looking for a female college student who is easy to live with and eager to be in a clean and safe environment during their time in college. This is a Christian household and the two other people (one male, one female) who occupy the other 2 rooms are focused on their college degrees, NOT DOING DRUGS. The female tenet living here has asked for this third roommate to be a female as well. No pets, unless they are in a cage (ie.
