!SUBLEASER NEEDED! I am looking for someone to sublease my room at Canvas! It’s an upgraded 3bed/3.5b, tons of space with washer and dryer and recently updated appliances, new floors, and new countertops, as well as it comes with a tv! I changed my school plans and won’t be at grand valley so I need to find someone ASAP. The lease is from 8/20/2022-7/31/23 rent is $705 with utilities and it is furnished. The girl who is living there isn’t usually there too much she’s working and at school a lot when she is she’s in her room a lot but does like to hangout with other roommates. The guy is also pretty reserved but likes to do things on the weekends or at night. They’re both 420 friendly and keep their shared space clean!
