I’m looking to share expenses with someone that excludes the rent of the apt. I am not sub leasing my apt spare bedroom. I’m a 60 year young happily single white female looking for a great drama free fun loving with a great sense of humor roommate to share my spacious and beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath very clean apartment. Beautifully fully furnished private room. Expenses includes all cleaning, utilities plus a fire stick to watch anything and everything you wish to watch and is user friendly. And, a green leather rocker recliner you’ll want to sleep in. But, the bed is also extremely comfortable with a 3 inc memory foam mattress topper. All bedding and bathroom needs included. There is a electric heater fireplace also in the room for warm cozy evenings. There’s very high speed internet with. MUST be a honest, neat, clean, quiet, independent, responsible, stable, full time employed or on SSDI making a good income and a US citizen. NO smoking inside home and clean if you smoke outside. Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind . NO violent criminal history. NO couples. NO pets. Students welcome. Seniors welcomed. Must like my 2 beautiful loving ragdoll cats because they love attention. Looking for primarily a males roommate but females are also welcomed to apply. Looking for a long term roommate but short term is ok too with a 30 day notice requirement. Brand new state of the art Washer and dryer your bedroom which you must keep clean at all times ..
