The living space is all on 1 level with open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area connecting to 3 large bedrooms and 1 shower. The living space is shaped as an “L”. Moving from the living room to the kitchen seamlessly connects to the 3 large bedrooms (12x11ft bedroom). The outdoor spaces offer green yard, song birds in the mature trees along with rose bushes and garden beds. Parking is available in the driveway and (2) street spots
