We would need to resign a lease, price reflected is a month to month rate. Monthly rate should decrease with a lease. The renewal letter reflected $4000 ($2000 each) but not sure if that still stands.

My current roommate will be leaving, so it would be just me! I’m a 33 year old female. I work remotely during the day and like to go out with friends and family, and travel on my spare time.
