About the room
Private downstairs room for rent in a newly constructed home at Harvest at Limoneira. The room has lots of natural light and two side windows. You’ll have your own designated bathroom (not private bathroom since it doesn’t open into the room).
Laundry access is upstairs and kitchen access is down the hall.
Community gym/pool/yoga studio access is included and is 1 block (~5 mins walk) away.

The room is for single occupancy and no pets at this time.
About the roomies
