The room comes with its private closet and big window view to the front of the apartment. The room comes with it’s private bathroom. The property is crown apartment golf course. There is a nice pool and washer and dryer in the apartment as well. I am renting the room to help with my daughter college. The property in canyon crest and it includes all the utilities and wifi as well. I have a nice balcony over looking the golf course. I’m looking for a responsible adult and no over night stay. No drugs. No drama environment. No, pets, only single person I’m renting too. I will be renting monthly just in case it’s not a fit. I do have two fur babies, lab and retriever. I will be moving to the new two bedroom two bathroom july 1st. I’m in a two bedroom one bathroom now moving July 1st.
