1 Room in a 4 bedroom house available to sublet close to Northampton center, July + August. Cost is $564 each month. Utilities usually vary btwn $90-$140 each per month depending on the season (electricity usage for fans/AC units). 4 rooms total in the house and we share 1 bathroom. Washer/dryer in the basement. Shared backyard space. 2 parking spots in our driveway or off-street parking. Great location: 5 minute walk to center of town & bus stop.

Our previous housemate occupying this room got an amazing job offer and had to move quickly. So we’re eagerly looking for someone who can finish our lease with us! (Lease ends August 30th)

I’m usually more on the introverted side but I like getting to know people:) I usually cook most my meals so you’ll find me in the kitchen a lot, I love cooking with others as well. I also enjoy outdoor activities biking and hiking. As students and professionals we have busy schedules and prioritize respect for everyone’s need for quiet study/sleep time at night. We also value cleanliness of the shared spaces. This is not a party house, however we do have small groups of friends over from time to time.
