South Randolph Street

This is a lovely 4bd 2bth house in the Randolph area. We are only looking for one roommate which would make it 3 people and a spare room. You would have your own bathroom. We have a huge fenced backyard for one dog (no cats, dogs can be negotiable). Located right by Maymont/Byrd Park and 15 min walk to VCU campus (3 min drive)

We are both full time students at vcu and full time work so never really home. We wish the keep a clean common area and will provide all of the kitchen/living area stuff but you can add stuff if you want. I do have a dog but she is very friendly and lazy so mostly napping.
