Bedroom is partially furnished with plenty of space for a desk/wfh set up. Furniture can be kept or removed based on your preference. Room has two large west facing windows with city views.
Shared bathroom and kitchen.
Conveniently located on beautiful Avenue A, near 2nd Ave, Delancey/Essex, Bleecker and Broadway Lafayette street subway stations.

Main hobbies include: music, reading, watching tv in his bedroom, cooks a lot (Cuban food), biking around the city, hosting family dinner (daughters in the city who come by weekly). Warm and friendly, keeps to himself mostly but sociable, very easy going as a roommate.
