Renting out this room in our beautiful new house,and its ready to move in! the house occupied by 2 females roomates(students) and my wife and I in the master room..the bathroom will be shared with the females ,also theres a half bathroom in the first floor that you can use as well..you will have full access to our house,everything in the house it’s brand new..monthly rent is $650 included all bills..$400 deposit( refundable)I can put a bed for you if you don’t have one. We are trying to rent this room for female who will respect our house and we will treat as our family member.. I work full time at the airport and my wife works and goes to school.we have bbq every Sunday and you’re more than welcome to join us..
