Holzapple Lane

Apartment complex is near Palomar College. We are also close to a variety of stores and restaurants. We are located in the back of the complex so it doesn’t get too noisy. We have a three bedroom apartment. The living room, hall bathroom, and kitchen area are a shared space. Room comes with a parking spot.

One female and one Male roommate, both around the age of 35. Both work a full time jobs. We are looking for a roommate who is responsible and willing to clean up after themselves.
