Megan's room

Hey there, I’m Megan. I’m super outgoing and relaxed. I’m currently in search of a roommate (one person) starting in December (current roommate is moving). Ideally looking for someone who is wanting to stay for at least 6 months. Your room will come furnished with a spacious half bath for yourself. It’s located in the back of the house so you’ll have your own privacy. You have a closet as well. My house is in a central location, close the military bases, close to the interstate and it’s close to Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. The main bathroom where the shower is would be shared. I have a new washer and dryer as well. It’s just me and I do have 2 golden retrievers (females) and a cat. They’re all the friendliest and they can be kept out of your living area. Because I have a pets, no others are allowed (can have small animals). The rest of the house is fully furnished as well and you’re more than welcome to use whatever you need. I’m not a clean freak but I like things to be picked up/ cleaned up and expect the same from someone else. My backyard is completely fenced in and has a firepit that I like to enjoy as well as a deck with patio seating. My driveway fits two vehicles and I have a carport as well. I drink socially on the weekends. I work in healthcare, an 8-5 job so I would prefer someone who could be respectful of my need for some zzz’s during the week. Looking for someone who is close to my age, have some similar interests. :)
