We have 1 large bedroom for rent in this gorgeous 1940 square foot split level home in Chesterfield, VA. Minutes to Hopewell, 6 miles to Fort Gregg-Adams, 1.2 miles to VSU and short trip to downtown Richmond. Seeking a quiet, responsible roommate for monthly or yearly term if we both agree. We provide a furnished bedroom, and it is available now. The home is fantastic, with an open kitchen, nice bathrooms, spacious living room and dining area, plus a two washer and dryer available for use one in each floor as well as 2 fridge for extra storage one in each floor.

You will have your own furnished bedroom and share 1 full bathroom with another housemates. Just ask that you treat my house nice during your stay. We want to have a safe and quiet home environment, so the basic house rules are: No smoking, no drugs, and no pets Rent is $850 per month, and this includes utilities - electricity, water, heat, washer/dryer in house, and WI-FI.
