If you want an empty, boring apartment to sit in by yourself, this isn’t the place for you. If you want a cool place with every toy and game you could imagine and cool housemates to kick it with, then read on.
I make awesome houses like you’d see on The Real World on MTV. I’ve been doing this for over a decade and have set up many houses in several cities. People love them.
This new house in Bakersfield has a TWELVE FOOT theater screen in the back, with a natural gas BBQ and fire table, giant hotel-style chess set, putting green, outdoor cornhole bag toss, and horse shoe pit. In the den, there is a giant 60 inch TV, arcade basketball, and air hockey. In the living room there is and foosball table, another 60“ TV, and a second giant game TV right next to it so you can hook up your PlayStation or Xbox and you can still watch TV while you play.
The place is epic.
We have house keepers service once times a week so the place stays clean all the time. We have key house supplies delivered by Amazon automatically, so you never have to worry about who buys the next roll of toilet paper or paper towels and stuff. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. The house also has super fast internet, television services, and subscriptions to streaming services like Netflix and HBO Go. Like I said, we have been doing this for years, so we know how to make living with housemates as cool and painless as possible.
If you have ATVs or an RV or boat or jet ski or something, we have a huge side lot with parking available. If you have lots of extra stuff and want to store it, we have a large locked storage shed available as well. If you have a nice ride and want it parked in the garage, that’s an option too. Otherwise there is plenty of parking on the side lot and street. The house is right next to Silver Creek Park with a public pool, lighted tennis courts, popular pickup basketball courts, and much more. Huge brand new shopping center nearby with Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, and all kinds of restaurants. Tough to beat.
Master suite and another private entrance, private bathroom room available as well for a bit more. The housemates are generally young working professionals in their mid twenties and early 30s who like to be social.
First and last month’s rent moves you in. Rent starting at $600-$800 More for larger rooms and master bedroom. On top of rent, there is a $200 payment for shared house expenses, which include the housekeeping every other day, internet TV, high-speed internet, Netflix, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, all utilities and more. For $200 you couldn’t even get cable and internet on your own, so this money goes a long way here when we share expenses. No more than one person to a room. And NO PETS. Please don’t ask. No hard drugs, and no smoking inside the house.
