For over 15 years, we have been making cool houses full of fun stuff and bringing cool people together to enjoy them.
This particular house has a giant ten foot outdoor theater, gas fire pit, natural gas BBQ, arcade basketball, a giant flat screen and second dedicated game TV with an emulator with thousands of classic arcade and home games, foosball table, cornhole, and more.
Basically, it’s a fun place to hang out with cool people after work instead of paying more to sit in an empty apartment by yourself. Typical housemates are young working professionals in their mid 20s and early 30s who like a social atmosphere.
Our housekeeper comes weekly to keep the place clean all the time, so you don’t have to mop or clean toilets any more, but you do need to do your dishes daily! Amazon auto delivers basic supplies so you’re never out of toilet paper or paper towels or trash bags and stuff because your housemate forgot to pick it up.
To move in, we just need first and last month’s rent, $200 of the $800 Monthly rent is used for shared house expenses, which includes weekly housekeeping , internet TV, high-speed internet, Directv, HBO, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, all utilities and more.
No more than ONE PERSON to a room. And NO PETS. Please don’t ask. No hard drugs, and no smoking inside the house
