Balley Drive

I’m looking to rent out the master bedroom of my townhouse on the north side of Phoenixville! The room features a private en suite bathroom, spacious walk-in closet, and plenty of natural light. The 2,362sqft. townhouse is newer and has a nice open concept main level and fully finished basement, with convenient second-floor laundry. Heating/cooling is forced air/natural gas with full Nest Thermostat control. The single-car garage is being used for storage but there is plenty of parking within a few steps of the house.

I’m Charles, a 28-year-old male currently working through my electrical apprenticeship for the IBEW Local 98N Electrician’s Union. I am typically quiet, clean, tidy, and put a high value on being considerate and accommodating. I prefer an easygoing and responsible roommate who cleans up after themselves and doesn’t make lots of noise at night. I have one cat who gets along well with people, and a wonderful partner who generally stays over every other weekend.
