Searching for a responsible, clean roomate with verifiable income. Currently it’s shared with myself, 40 something disabled female FT student, 1 teenager and two adorable small hypo-allergenic dogs.

The house is about 1,700 sqft with a medium size yard, nice neighborhood near walking path and plenty of street parking only. Close to CRC, Hwy 99, stores and restaurants. Monthly housekeeping provided. Air runs 24/7 @74 or cooler.

Must be a small dog lover! Friendly, kind and thoughtful. Somebody super careful about home safety, dog safety and generally a quiet person. My landlord is strict on no additional dogs. I’m allergic to cats, so can’t accept them either. Single occupancy only! International students and LGBT welcome.

House rules -No smoking/No smokers. Not 420 friendly. No heavy drinking or drug use. NO DRAMA! -Must keep room reasonably clean and bathroom is shared so be respectful -Kitchen must be cleaned after each use. -No overnight guests without prior arrangement -Quiet hours 10pm-10am

Amenities -Nice room, furnished (or unfurnished) -Good size closet -Shared bathroom -Utilities, TV, Cable, high speed Wi-fi -Access to common area, kitchen, laundry, etc. -Occasional meals, shared food and baked treats!
