North Locust Street

It’s an upstairs apartment, so room has a great view/Breeze if you choose to open window. Awesome place to live Because you are at a pinpoint for many locations. 2 blocks away from the library, 3 blocks from downtown main st, 5 blocks always from the hospital & freeway if you commute or going on a travel, east to the mountains or west to the ocean. I have 1 cat/1 dog both really friendly/quite/clean & stay to themselves. Whole apartment is clean and stays neat at all times as for the bathroom is in the same condition. Fridge/dish washer, stove, table all for use & will have no problem if you need any of them. I myself work a lot so I’m usually just home at night and gone again in the morning, but feel free to reach me at anytime, I don’t have any guest as I just moved in 2 years ago & just work & stay to myself. I’m all about respect/trust/being reliable. Thank you
