Dishwasher, washer, and dryer in unit. Parking is an extra 40$/month. All utilities are covered except for electricity, which has a 20$ stipend.
About the roomies
I’m a UF recent grad, 22 female. My roommate left, and the complex doesn’t have roommate matching, so i’m trying to avoid a total stranger moving in. Please note that I do take medical cannabis, but only in my room. I don’t have any pets.
