Villa Street

Our roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we’re looking to find another roommate for the master bedroom suite. It has its own large walk-in closet and bathroom. Apartment complex is pet-friendly and because our two dogs are ESAs, a roommate could have one or two pets. The apt is close to Castro st and the Mountain View Caltrain stop (~10-15 min walk). Room is sizable and bathroom is actually the largest in the apt. Private room in the back of the apt, unfurnished. Small patio with high walls. Complex has a gym and a pool.

My wife and I (LGBT couple) live in one bedroom, and the other is my wife’s streaming room/office. We have two friendly dogs, one is ~50lb and the other is ~15lb. I am a graduate student and my wife works as a high-school tutor. We are conscientious, respectful roommates. My wife does stream at late hours, but the streaming room has soundproofing material, and the room for rent is the furthest away and thus the sound is very muffled. We enjoy walking our dogs, playing video games, and reading. Occasionally we have one or two friends over, but definitely no large parties or gatherings - we’re social in small settings.
