Near Silo Park in DTC , 5 minutes away from Arapahoe light rail station, 9 miles a way from DU, 14 miles to downtown, 15 miles to Washington Park, 20 minutes to Lowry. The bedroom is large(18x20) . All utilities, including high speed WiFi are included in your rent. The room is furnished. If you need bring your own furniture , I will move my furniture out. You have access to the whole house including the main kitchen, backyard and living room. If you are into biking or jogging we have trails by my house. There are 2 people living in the house, but it is not a party house. I need a first and last month rent with $ 250 for deposit and $40 for background check.

Looking for roommate who doesn’t smoke vape, doesn’t do drugs, like to keep house clean( wet shoes off at the door, dishes in dishwasher, clean after you cook, etc.) and steady income, professional. Smoking is ok regular cigarets outside.
