Hi! I am currently looking for a roommate to rent out another room in my apartment. You would have your own room, sink, and toliet. The shower is shared. We are also probably like 5 to 10 minute driving distance from CSUCI.

It is currently me and my boyfriend. We are in our early 20s. My dad just recently moved out so we need another roommate to be able to afford the apartment. I also have a cute little old lady dog named coco and a 3 year old cat named Anika. Looking for someone who is friendly and respectful! Otherwise our home is your home.
