Looking for someone who is just trying to get back on their feet and only needs a place for about 6 months. We may negotiate for more time. This roomie must be clean, well-mannered, and respectful. LGBTQ friendly, no tolerance for drama whatsoever. No kids. No Pets. No smoking indoors. Both I and my partner work full-time and we stay to ourselves. The monthly rent will be $700, which will include lights, gas, wifi, water, and sewage. If you cause any damage to this property you will be charged. Please do not hang and stick anything to the walls or scar/scratch the floors. Please treat our home respectfully.
