White Cedar Lane

Hello. My mother recently passed away last year in August and has left me her fully furnished home which sits on 8 acres of land. There is currently available one room and one bath to be used privately by renting tenant. Property is located on border of Wake county but actually has a Youngsville addreess. There are two closets in the room one my mother used as general storage the second for hanging clothing. The room is fully furnished at the time but there is a storage building on property with plenty of open space available if anything needs to be moved or stored that is unwanted in room. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere

I am currently living alone. This land was inheredted and then other two mobile homes I’d lived in by family members
