Allston Street

The apartment is the first floor of a 3 floor house on Allston St. in Cambridgeport. Right across the street from Whole Foods, Walgreens and a 5 minute walk to Trader Joe’s, Starbucks and Dunkin’. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, eat in kitchen, and living room. Your private bedroom is spacious with a decent size closet (current tenant has a queen bed, two dressers, and work desk all comfortably fitting in the room). Utilities and wifi usually come to about $160 each per month, depending on the month. There is also a large front porch and a little back/side yard!

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to take over the current tenant’s room that is moving out. We are both working full time from home but rarely get in each other’s way. We are 26 years old and have 2 dogs that are 2 years old, a lab mix and a shepherd mix so you must be okay with dogs! We enjoy long walks, hikes, breweries, sports games, and just hanging out with friends.
