Right by the Sheridan redline, this property straddles the edge of Boystown and Wrigleyville and is close by a bunch of great restaurants and bars! Fairly quiet thoughout the night, the park is only 10-15 minute walk away. The apartment is inside a gated building and is in a fairly safe and well-lit area. Amenities include in-unit washer/dryer, AC and heating, fast internet, and parking passes available for purchase although it is fairly easy to find parking on the street. The leasing company has been fairly responsive when any issues have come up. This would be a sublet that would end on July 31, but that we could renew.
