I have two bedrooms available in a very spacious 3 bedroom house in a great area of Summerlin. Newly renovated kitchen that I never use. The rooms are very spacious with nice sized closets in both. There is a big back yard. 2 1/2 bathrooms. 2 car garage. Great air conditioner and heater that are brand new and high tech. In unit washer and dryer. Rent includes some utilities such as Trash and Water, but Energy, Gas, and Internet is separate from the rent stated.

I am clean when it comes to common spaces and would like that same energy reciprocated. I like to go out and have a good time with friends but also enjoy nights in watching TV on the couch. I would love to be friends with those living with me. I’m a lively person who enjoys others that too are the same. 420 friendly in the home. I also have a lovely cat that will be living here.
