Broadmoor Village is located in Daly City. Private entrance. Plenty of street parking. Walk to BART, groceries, IHOP, Mexican groceries, middle eastern, 7-11, pizza, korean groceries, shopping center. Secured with a separate alarm system. In-room fridge and microwave. The kitchen area you see in the photos is pretty much yours, we are in there to do laundry and to access the storage. The bathroom is yours. Close to beach, Lake Merced and hiking. 10-15 minutes by bus to BART, SFSU and Muni light rail. (See samtrans route 122 for bus schedule – we are at the Washington and 88th stop. We are also a 20 min walk to BART) This is a furnished basement room, with desk/table, twin bed, some built in shelf areas and an Ikea wall storage system. New paint and tile floor. Kitchen includes sink, countertop oven and hot plate. In addition to rent you are responsible for one third of cost for internet, electrical, water and garbage, approx 130/month per person depending on electrical usage.

We love recycling and composting, and we are looking for someone who is also willing to be very conscientious about these. There is not a lot of face to face social interaction required to live here! We are a married couple living on the upstairs levels with two dogs and two cats. We’ve been renting this room out for years. This is a great place for someone who wants a quiet place to rest and focus on work or school. It is a single person unit with a single bed. Overnight guests okay. If you are interested in helping us with the animals occasionally, we can offer a rent reduction! We do not want to have any additional dogs or cats on the premises.
