Hi, I’m looking for a clean female roommate or gay male to share a basement floor in a nice safe neighborhood . You would have your own room , kitchen +bathroom shared . All bills are Included in the rent. The room isn’t very big but is big enough for one person. There is a bed in the room . The house owner does not allow visitors/ pets .

I’m 37 y/o , I work as a full time nanny , I am extremely respectful and very quiet. You will never have complaints about me being loud. I would like to find a roommate that is also respectful and not loud. If you don’t have a lot of things this is the perfect place for you :) .
