Near rio/crown area. 9x11 Carpeted room that should fit a full sized bed comfortably. This room has room no windows, just a forewarning. Has a decent sized closet. The bathroom is shared with one other person, with each person taking turns to buy household items like toilet paper/hand soap. Utilities and wifi together is around ~$80 a month. In unit washer/dryer machines. Gas stove and dish washer. Furnished living room. Apartment has amenities with a lap + lounge pool, cardio + weightlifting gym with 24hr access, MetroBus stop 5 mins walk away, tennis court, + more. Anything broken gets fixed pretty much the next day because of how fast maintenance works on orders. Room will come unfurnished but the pictures of it is just an idea of what you can fit in it.

We are two roommates, a male and female, aged 21-35. There is one cat who does spend time in the living room. We sometimes bring our partners over but rarely multiple people at once because we respect privacy. Trying to steer from dogs because it’s a mainly carpeted apartment. Typically we are very chill and keep to ourselves. Prefer a roommate that is independent and can support themselves. The apartment complex management will require you to pass a background check and provide evidence of a decent credit score. You must also show proof of employment. If you decided to live with us you will take over a lease for someone else, it ends around September time so this is a fairly short lease, roughly half a year. If you would like to stay there after the 6 months, releasing is extremely straight forward.
