Emilie's room

We have a beautiful, completely renovated house (Completed May 1, 2022!) in NE Portland in the Cully neighborhood. Your room is 10x12.5 with a huge closet, views of the backyard, and lots of natural light. It’s on the main floor of the house, with the brand new open kitchen, dining and living area.

There is a shared workout space in the basement and a shared laundry room. There are already 2 dogs and 1 cat living here, so no more pets at this time. There is a huge backyard with garden, patio and fruit trees. Close to lots of cute restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Near the 12, 24, 71 & 72 lines. Plentiful street parking and onsite, secured bike storage.

Utilities are split amongst everyone equally. These include gas, water, electricity, wifi, trash/recycle and monthly cleaning service of the shared spaces.

My wife and I own the house and we live in the upstairs. There are 3 rooms with large shared bathroom available on the main level for rent. The common areas are fully furnished and shared amongst all of us. We are a fully vaxxed and boosted household, and are looking for roomies that are also vaxxed and boosted.

Emilie (me!) -I am 35 & self employed. I do voice over work from the attic of the garage, fix things around the property and work from home on some other side projects. I am into playing music, hiking, camping, working out, eating and cooking delicious food. I also like brewing kombucha and making people try my new flavor combos.

Ellie - My wife Ellie works for the State of Oregon. She works remotely and has an office upstairs. She also is into fitness, cooking & enjoying delicious foods. She loves backpacking, especially with our dogs. She’s great at cooking up amazing meals on our Traeger grill.

Furry Roomies:

Peanut is our resident indoor only cat. She’s almost 12 years old but people still think she’s a kitten! She loves to explore, play with flying toys, purr, and look at you from afar. She’s friendly but not super cuddly. She is blind in one eye, from an accident that happened before we adopted her. She loves butter and exploring in cabinets and drawers.

Shay & Luna: Brother and sister from the same litter, Shay and Luna are two rescue pups that are 1.5 years old. They are both well trained and extremely loving. They are a combo of about 12 different breeds. Shay loves cuddling, looking at you with melt-your-heart eyes, and giving hugs. Luna is extremely treat motivated and will do any array of tricks to get a tasty treat from you! They both love running, playing together in the backyard, and going on backpacking trips.
