The kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher, air-fryer oven, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a walk- in shower. The rent includes: Electric, water, gas, WIFI. Air scrubber install in HVAC to eliminate viruses. No smoking or vaping allowed and no large pets. The house is located in the Crofton Triangle which is a safe and friendly area. Centrally located we are located about 12 miles from Fort Meade, about 13 miles from downtown Annapolis, about 22 miles from downtown Washington DC, and about 20 miles from downtown Baltimore. WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY MORE THAN ONE PERSON on the rental agreement.

We are a married couple with two small hypoallergenic non-shedding, small dogs (11 &16 lbs). We enjoy a quiet lifestyle and are working from home and offices.
