We are a fairly friendly bunch who enjoy our personal time, but are also into being social. Two residents are nerdy, and are about to start playing tabletop Magic the Gathering. We are also watching Sci-Fi and Fantasy streamed content on the new 4k tv in the living room. Would be great to find someone also into that kind of stuff. We are not a party house though. We all go to bed early (10-11) pm and get up early 6-8 am)

• No Pets (no fuzzies, reptiles, fish, bugs, birds or plants)
• No Drugs/420/Heavy Booze - No drugs means NO drugs. If you are on something that hinders your ability to reason, do not contact me. Sick of people using that as an excuse for bad behavior like stealing, huge messes, breaking things in the house, etc.
• No Smoking/Vaping
• Must be employed and work a daytime 9-5 off-site job. (After many issues, no exceptions)
• You must clean up after yourself and not leave your personal things in public areas

Clean and quiet homeshare looking for a respectful, friendly roommate. We are a 4 bedroom household that is kept clean and tidy. Great opportunity for a busy professional, or frequent traveler. Kitchen is fully stocked, washer and dryer on site, storage available. 55 inch 4k TV with Amazon Prime, and roomies can also add all the normal streaming services.

We are a daytime, early to rise, early to bed household. Quiet time is 11 pm to 7 am which means no laundry, no cooking/baking/making a sandwich at 2 am, no noise, no slammed doors at 2 am.

Bedroom is an unfurnished, single occupancy room that is large enough for up to a queen size bed (full will allow for more walking area) a small desk/chair, and a dresser. Closet is good sized and there is room for more drawer storage in the closet. Roughly 112 sqare feet. This bedroom shares a medium size bathroom with one very clean and polite older male roomie. It’s cleaned frequently.

Lease details: 3 months to see if we are a good fit, and then 6 months with renewal options. Monthly Rent - $800 which includes: All utilities, fast wireless internet, cleaning services (not maid service), stocked kitchen with plates/glasses/pans, cleaning supplies, paper towels, TP, zip bags, garbage bags, etc. Move in: First Month / Last Month + Security Deposit $250

Location Details - Street parking (in front of house), crime-free area, security cam, close to libraries, shopping, light rail, I-25. Federal Heights area.
