It’s situated up the road from Texas State University campus, the shuttle service runs nearby. It’s a charming three bed two bath townhouse with a fully furnished living and dining room with a wood-burning fire place and a fenced-in back yard. The property has a pool in the front and backs up to the Schulle Canyon Natural Area for hiking or biking. Our unit is in the corner of the property so it’s nice and private. Covered parking and additional parking is available. We are looking to fill the master bedroom which has it’s own bathroom, washer/dryer unit and a lovely skylight. We have one cat but she is very sweet and pretty entertaining. Looking to have someone move in by July 15th.
