I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with AC, washer and dryer in unit, first floor, with available parking. It is in mission valley near Costco and IKEA. The complex is dog friendly, has a pool and tennis courts.

I’ll be your roommate! I have a 6 year old Golden so you must be fine with dogs (barking, might get sick on the carpet, normal dog behaviors, etc.) I’m very active and love working out at home or the gym, going to the beach, and taking my dog to parks. I am a self-employed dog trainer so I work from home when I’m not at a client’s house. I’m clean, respectful of my roommates, and am a morning person. I absolutely love my current roommate and she is moving in with her boyfriend once our lease is up. I will be moving in with my boyfriend at the end of December, so I’m looking for someone who’s fine with a month to month lease and then you can have someone else move in when I leave
