My home is a very cozy house, about 10 minutes from Rosemary Square, Downtown Area, the palm beach outlets, few minutes from the beaches as well Plenty of room to park infront of the house, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, electricity and water included

I have a small chihuahua who would only be in my room or the backyard. Prefer someone who has no pets since my pup can be feisty towards other animals. Ideally looking for someone who can share the same kind of ambivert personality/setting. We do have to share a bathroom. I rarely tend to have any guest over and am pretty much either at home relaxing, working out, cooking, or at work. I don’t care if you smoke, just not inside the house.
