About the room
It’s an apartment complex 2B2B, managed by Princeton properties. I am looking for someone to take my place as I am moving to a new city. You will have your own bathroom and the apartment has a washer and dryer in it. You will need to sign the lease. You can either go short-term up to the expiration of the current lease or renew it in June with the existing roommate and continue living here.
