Available June 1. Monthly rent is $1,027 not including utilities (WiFi, gas/refuse, electricity are all shared utility bills). Parking in garage is shared. Shared bathroom.

A deposit of $900 is due before move in.

Current occupants are 30 and 31 female working professionals. We stay busy with work, social life, etc and are in and out of the apartment a lot. We are quiet, clean, friendly and respectful. Not heavy party people since we work on weekdays and spend most weekends outdoors.
