12x14 private room available near California State Fullerton University. It has its own bathroom, walk in closet and one regular sized closet. In gate parking available as well as street parking. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony. Its a 2Bed 2bath and is shared with two other female roommates in the other room. A/c in the living room and heater too. Bills are usually $30-40.

My roommate and I will be graduating/ working abroad so we need someone responsible to take over our lease that ends in July. You will be able to re-lease with the other two girls in the other room. All of use are calm and quiet girls who don’t party or smoke. We tend to watch movies, cook and study in our rooms.
