Hello, I am renting out one of the bedrooms in my 3 bed 2 bath house! I reside in the master bedroom and use one of the other rooms as a home gym. I am looking for a quiet professional like myself to rent out the remaining bedroom.

The bedroom is 11’x12’ and you would have your own private bathroom. Comes with tons of storage space in the hallway cabinets and your own cabinet in the kitchen! You would also have your own living room which already has couches and a 55“ 4k TV for you to use, I have my own living room attached to the master so you’ll never see me in the other living room.

The only shared space is the kitchen and laundry room!

Large 2/3 acre property with lots of trees and nature, it’s a very quiet and peaceful location! Comes with 2 off-street parking spots with additional spots for RV’s, trailers, or additional cars available for an additional fee if desired.

Rent is $1,300 with a flat rate utility bill of $200. The utility portion may go up or down in 6 month periods depending on new utility rates from the providers but I imagine it will stay at $200 for a while. Rent is month to month with 30-day notice however I prefer any interested parties to intend on staying 12 months or longer.

About me: I’m a 26-year-old male. I have two very friendly labradoodles that primarily stay in my room which are usually very quiet other than a bark or two when someone walks in the house. I work Monday-Friday and frequent the gym so I am usually away from the house from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. I occasionally have guests and sometimes parties but am respectful of sleeping hours and will always notify you before a “large” event happens at the house. Most of my time at home is spent in my room. I am constantly doing updates and improvements on the house and property myself so any maintenance issues are quickly remedied.
