$1200/month for a private room and bathroom. Room will be unfurnished. Electricity and internet paid separately. No AC. No parking spaces are available, but street parking is usually easy to find. Monthly contract. Looking to fill the room by August 1st.
Apartment Description: Third floor. Large common area with big windows and a balcony. Hardwood floors. Kitchen with electric stove, dish washer, full-sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, etc. Ample cabinet space and private closet.
Convenient Location: 20 minute bike ride to UCLA campus. 25 minute bike ride to Santa Monica beach. 15 minute walk to Sawtelle Japantown.
About the roomies
Peter (30) and Cat (23). Peter is an engineering PhD student at UCLA who likes attempting to cook. Cat works at an aquarium. She has two cats!
