Alexandra's room

I’m renting the Master Bedroom and Private Bath in three-story townhome in Alexandria. $1200 a month. There is a guest bedroom on the top floor as well. If space is needed, rent can be adjusted. Shared kitchen and living room on main floor, as well as access to backyard. In-unit washer and dryer, parking space in front of house. I am in my 20s and am looking for another sociable roommate in their 20s to finish out my lease with me. 6months starting in July. Move-in date is flexible.
