Christopher's room

We are currently looking for a roommate to fill a room in our three bedroom bungalow located in inner NE Portland. The house is located North of Irving Park in the Sabin neighborhood which is just a short walk to Alberta and countless bars, restaurants, shops, and green space. The area is well connected with easy access to downtown and pretty much any part of Portland you need to go to by way of MLK Blvd, Prescott, 15th Avenue, and Fremont. It is a very walkable area with bus line 8 a block away, and lines 6 and 72 in close proximity.

Details: The house is furnished with recently purchased appliances, plenty of natural light, a large backyard, and one shared bathroom. The available room is interior and is the largest room in the house shared on the main floor with one other room while the other bedroom is located in the attic. Street parking is readily available right in front of the house. Storage space is available in the basement if needed and the room itself has a bed which can stay in the room or be removed if desired.

More details: Washer/dryer, wifi, central heating and A/C, and all utilities are covered with rent at $900 a month. Security deposit and first month’s rent are required and the room is available at the beginning of June with some flexibility available for the end of May if needed.

We are two easy going, open minded, social, young professional males ages 28 and 29. We are great friends and looking for someone that we can get along with easily that would like to share a space with us. We like having a clean living area and enjoy time with our friends as well as our solo/personal time. Además, hablamos español.

Chris (29): Originally from Portland, and works in Development. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cycling, catching shows and events around town, cooking, eating, and traveling.

Alexio (28): Southern California native, environmental consultant. He enjoys the same things as me, staying active, and is big on music/tv/cinema.
